CD/DVD-Based Presentations CD provides the perfect media for the efficient and cost effective distribution of information. They offer the ability to use high quality video footage rather than streaming compressed footage over the web and eliminate the issue of poor or limited internet access in workplaces where full access is restricted. Combining an interesting presentation with great multimedia content will more likely capture the interest of your recipients and encourage them to take the time to view it in full. By using video and audio clips you are guaranteed to capture your audience's attention far more effectivley to not only deliver your message but enhance long term retention of the information included in the presentation. Hyperlinks can be included throughout the presentation to provide far more detail via PDF (Portable Document Format) information documents. Additional Presentation Services Template Design If your corporate template is starting to look old and tired, often all that’s needed to give your presentations a fresh new look is an update of your existing template. Asset Developement In addition to the preparation of the actual presentations, if the required content is not readily available from existing marketing collateral, we also provide a wide range of in‐house services for the development of those assets. This "One Stop Shop" approach eliminates the need for the expensive studio production costs that are often associated with the production of high quality printed materials but are in many cases unnecessary for on-screen display. Web Compatible Presentations All finished presentation files are fully compressed to maximise performance during playback. This function also means these files ar more "Web friendly" which means they can be uploaded to your website for later reference.
Printable Versions Should you wish to print copies of your presentation as handouts you may require a 'Print Ready' version to be prepared. This file is prepared to preserve the integrity of slide content such as images, graphs and charts exclude that sometimes do not translate for printing. It can also exclude the numerous slides that were used on screen but are not required for printing such as speaker introductions and coffee breaks, etc.
Cover Design In addition to preparing the presentation we also provide
a full design service to provide the necessary art elements to print for
CD duplication.
